The Performance Team are well known in the North East and are recognised nationally for their expertise in elite sport.
Our Performance Staff are Consultants to the English Institute of Sport, British Swimming, British Rowing, UK Athletics, Durham County Cricket, Hartlepool FC , The Eagles.
Until now, this expertise had been the reserve of the very elite; the Olympic and Paralympic GB team, such as Tony Jeffries (Olympic Bronze Medallist), Joanna Jackson (Olympic Silver medallist), Stephen Miller (Paralympic Gold Medallist) to Professional sportsmen; Durham Country Cricket and Middlesbrough FC.
Now we are bringing our expertise to support all athletes from; the recreational athlete, the Talented and Gifted, TASS, Talent, BUCS~University Sport teams to the very elite to enable you to return to your activities as soon as possible and to enhance your performance.
Based in Sunderland, at Sunderland University and in Newcastle, at Northumbria University, we welcome the staff and students of both universities and all members of the public in the North East.
