All the way from Canada, Chelsie found her love of Pilates after years of competitive sport. After leaving a fashion career in London, she now pursues a more balanced life, dedicating herself to mental and physical wellbeing.
Chelsie is certified from the internationally renowned school of STOTT PILATES®. This method of Pilates includes modern principles of exercise science, fascial fitness and spinal rehabilitation; making it one of the safest and most effective methods available. Working with all abilities, her focus is to develop strength, endurance, and flexibility, without placing stress on the joints.
She is also qualified in pre- and post-natal Pilates, providing clients with a safe and effective workout throughout pregnancy and after birth.
Chelsie offers private 1-1 sessions for those looking to progress to a higher Pilates standard, rehabilitate an injury or transform their body. These sessions enable clients to obtain the optimum benefit of each exercise, achieving results more rapidly.
Chelsie will provide you with both an effective regular workout, and the ideal complement to athletic training and physical rehabilitation.
