Kimberley Rennoldson joins our team on a Friday afternoon.

Kim has a lifelong passion for sports, physical activity, yoga, meditation and health.
Working throughout her 20 year Physio career in the NHS, in charity services for a hospice private sports Injuries, Pilates clinics & Yoga. Kim has worked in the UK and in New Zealand.
Her vast experience from General Medicine, Palliative, Paediatrics & Musculoskeletal Outpatients & Orthopaedics, with many years based in Musculoskeletal rehabbing & educating around acute & chronic injuries. Since 2015 Kim has been working within youth & paediatric groups. Rehab based with emphasis on pacing, graded exercise therapy, CBT, functional rehab & education around maximising health, energy, wellbeing & chronic pain management.
This sits very well with Kims passion for pilates, yoga and
teaching how to negate stresses & emotional burnout.
Undertaking 200 hour International Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in Modified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (2015) in Thailand.
Adding to a Level 2 Diploma in Thai Yoga Massage (2014), Post Grad Diploma for Physiotherapists in Acupuncture (2005) & Mindfulness based Meditation course (2018).
Kim is happiest getting a balance of being outside in the North sea paddle boarding, swimming, hiking and pracitising what she preaches with yoga and meditation
