Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar, is a form of Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas.
Our instructors Nicole and our Spanish Yogi Maria will use the wall and equipment for support to ensure you are in good alignment.  You will Come out feeling aligned, strong, supple and centred.
Level : All progressing to advanced.
Hatha Yoga
Ease your way into the week with Hatha yoga. This gentle morning class works on the mind, the body and the breath. Developing asana (postures) by holding poses slightly longer and focusing on alignment, you’ll soon find that you become stronger, fitter and more flexible. stretch and mobility class will help you get your body moving again and get into shape.

Level 1: This class is suitable for beginners and those who are a little bit out of practice.

Power Yoga
This is a Hatha yoga class with a twist. Get your heartpumping and your blood flowing with lots of vinyasa work, influenced by power yoga. This class will help to increase your flexibility, muscle strength and tone. You’ll be working on balance, agility and endurance which will help to improve your athletic performance and protect you from injury.

This style of yoga can help you to improve your cardio and circulatory health and increase your energy and vitality. Each week will focus on a different part of the body, with core work to build on strength and asana to increase flexibility, muscle tone and balance.

Each class ends with a short relaxation, leaving you chilled out and ready to get on with the rest of your day.

Level: 1-2 some prior knowledge of yoga is necessary.

Male only class Yoga
Women tend to be more flexible and this can at times be intimidating to those new to yoga, so If you prefer to not train in a mixed class or are new to yoga then try this male only class with Nicola. Once you catch the bug for yoga you will then feel more confident to train in any class. Nicola will push you to get the most out of your session. Flexibility takes time, but with flexibility your posture will improve, as will your strength, posture and performance.
